The consultancy of Jeff Kloythanomsup, Amsterdam

Cloud and AI for EU startups and scale-ups, built as one system your team can trust.

I map how your systems connect before I change any of them. Then I build the migration, the platform, and the AI work as one piece. Your engineers run it after I leave, and the next step stays easy to see.

I see how the pieces connect.

I'm Jeff Kloythanomsup, and I've spent about 20 years in cloud, DevOps, and AI work. That path runs from cloud support to Fortune 500 migrations to founding my own startup. I now work from Amsterdam with teams across the EU. What those years built isn't a set of templates. It's a working map of how systems fit together and where they crack under real load.

Net Ninjas is how I bring that map to startups, scale-ups, and small businesses. I stay broad across cloud, delivery, and AI on purpose. That way the migration, the pipelines, and the model end up as one platform. I do the discovery, the design, and the hands-on work. I stay until it runs in production and your team owns it.

I used to think the hardest part of this work was technical. After two decades of testing that idea, I realised it's trust. A platform only works when the team who inherits it can see how it fits together. So I give straight answers. I don't judge the corners nobody had time to tidy.

What others say

  • “Don’t sleep on this man, he’s by far one of the most brilliant minds of our time, with more compassion and understanding for humanity than most, which only adds to his incredible work ethic and problem solving strategies while collaborating with clients or teammates. There are no cloudy days, when Jeff is behind the wheel.”
    Andrew Peltekci
  • “Working with Jeff was by far one of my favorite experiences that I will always remember. While doing his job he was still able to teach me Linux and Windows and not to mention assist me on any problems that arose. He is a real team player and I would recommend Jeff. His hard work definitely shows for its self.”

How an engagement runs

  1. 1

    A short call

Thirty minutes on your current setup, your stage, and what's bothering you about it. I give a straight opinion, whether or not we work together.

  2. 2

    A one-page proposal

Scope, deliverables, and a price inside the ranges above. We agree on it before any work starts. If the honest answer is that you don't need me yet, the page says so.

  3. 3

    The work, then the handover

I do the discovery, the planning, and the hands-on work myself. I stay until it runs in production and your team owns it. Production is where improvement starts, so the handover covers what to watch and what comes next.

Let's talk.

A 30-minute call, no pitch. We look at your current setup, your stage, and the thing that's bothering you about it. I give a straight opinion on what to change, what to leave alone, and whether the problem is the one it looks like. What's the one thing in your stack you'd fix tomorrow?
